At the last sitting of Parliament, my Question Without Notice to the Premier was ‘When will draft legislation be brought before the Chamber in response to the release of the recommendations of the enquiry to introduce voluntary assisted dying legislation in Queensland?’. Her response was that she would advise of the “when” before the May sitting of Parliament. As of today, this response has been deferred to end of the sitting week.
