Happy to report that the community working bee went really well with 50 people helping with the clean up. Unfortunately, due to COVID-19 hitting just as the new community Bushcare group was formed, Council had to postpone any further work until they can resume again in June. In the meantime, a contractor has been engaged to start removing the vines. Again, a big thank you to Unity Water, Noosa Council and the Department of Natural Resources, Mines and Energy for partnering in these efforts to address a long-standing issue.
