Following much advocacy to see State Government funding initially allocated for this well-loved and much needed hospice in our community, we continue to advocate for improved funding models for hospices, not only across QLD, but also throughout Australia.
This was highlighted in my recent Noosa Today column, which outlined how funding for these hospices in Australia is inadequate and urgently needs addressing.
