The right to peacefully assemble and protest is a key foundation of our democracy, voices to be heard, and positive change to occur. However, previous non-violent methods are taking an extreme and potentially dangerous turn utilising attachment devices, and I urged all protestors to use the power of the pen and commitment as part of changemaking, not to disrupt, endanger or incite violence. #bethechange
