Use of Snap Send Solve app to report potholes/maintenance requests

Maintenance on state-controlled roads is the responsibility of TMR, while maintenance on local government-controlled roads in the Noosa electorate is the responsibility of Noosa Council. The Snap Send Solve app is not used by TMR and there are no plans to implement it at this stage. Locations entered and reported into the app are directed to the relevant local government authority. To notify TMR about potholes, an incident, hazard, signal fault or anything requiring immediate attention, they recommend that you call the 13 19 40 Phone Service which operates 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
